제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 UMBRAKA 운영팀(이하 “운영자”)이 제공하는 온라인 게임 UMBRAKA와 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건, 그리고 운영자와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

1. “이용자”는 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람입니다.
2. “레버넌트”는 이용자가 서비스에서 쓰는 계정입니다. 게스트 레버넌트는 이용자의 브라우저에, Google에 연동한 레버넌트는 Google 계정에 연결됩니다.
3. “게임 재화”는 파편, 재료, 유물, 경험치 등 서비스 안에서 얻는 모든 데이터입니다.
4. “유언”은 이용자가 강림할 때 제출하는 YouTube 링크입니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 변경)

1. 운영자는 이 약관을 게임 안과 umbraka.chojondocho.com/terms에 게시합니다.
2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게임 시작 화면과 위 주소에서 알립니다.
3. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용을 중단하고 레버넌트를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 게임을 시작할 때 다시 동의를 받습니다.

제4조 (이용 계약)

1. 이용 계약은 이용자가 게임 시작 화면에서 이 약관에 동의하면 성립합니다.
2. 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 게스트 레버넌트는 그 브라우저의 로그인 쿠키로만 찾을 수 있습니다. 쿠키를 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 되찾을 수 없으므로, 오래 간직하려면 Google에 연동하세요.
4. 이용자는 레버넌트를 다른 사람에게 팔거나 빌려주거나 넘길 수 없습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 제공과 변경)

1. 서비스는 무료로 제공합니다.
2. 운영자는 게임의 재미와 공정성을 위해 규칙, 밸런스, 콘텐츠, 게임 재화의 수치를 바꿀 수 있습니다.
3. 운영자는 점검, 서버 이전, 장애 등으로 서비스를 잠시 멈출 수 있으며, 가능하면 미리 알립니다.
4. 운영자가 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전부터 알립니다.

제6조 (게임 재화)

1. 게임 재화는 서비스 이용을 위해 운영자가 제공하는 데이터이며 현금 가치가 없습니다.
2. 게임 재화는 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나, 환불받거나, 다른 이용자와 거래할 수 없습니다.
3. 오류나 부정 이용으로 얻은 게임 재화는 회수할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 핵, 변조된 클라이언트, 메모리·패킷 조작 등 게임 규칙을 우회하는 프로그램이나 방법을 쓰는 행위
2. 봇, 매크로 등 자동화된 방법으로 게임을 하거나 레버넌트를 대량으로 만드는 행위
3. 여러 레버넌트를 쓰거나 다른 이용자와 짜고 보상이나 순위를 부정하게 얻는 행위(일부러 져 주는 행위, 관전으로 얻은 정보를 같은 편에게 알려 주는 행위 포함)
4. 버그나 오류를 알면서 이용하는 행위(발견하면 운영자에게 알려 주세요)
5. 서버에 과도한 부하를 주거나, 취약점을 찾으려고 공격하거나, 운영을 방해하는 행위
6. 운영자나 다른 이용자를 사칭하는 행위
7. 채팅, 레버넌트 이름, 유언에서 욕설·혐오·차별·성적인 표현, 괴롭힘, 도배, 광고, 다른 사람의 개인정보, 불법 정보를 쓰는 행위
8. 운영자의 허락 없이 게임 프로그램을 복제하거나 리버스 엔지니어링·디컴파일·디스어셈블하는 행위, 그래픽·사운드·텍스트·데이터를 추출하거나 자동으로 수집하는 행위(법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우는 제외)
9. 운영자의 허락 없이 서비스나 그 일부를 복제·배포·개작하거나, UMBRAKA의 이름·로고·세계관을 쓰는 행위(제10조 제3항의 플레이 영상은 제외)
10. 저작권 등 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 행위
11. 그 밖에 법령을 위반하는 행위

제8조 (이용 제한)

1. 운영자는 제7조를 위반한 이용자에게 위반의 정도에 따라 경고, 부정하게 얻은 게임 재화 회수, 채팅 제한, 기간 이용 정지, 영구 이용 정지, 레버넌트 삭제 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
2. 운영자는 조치 내용과 이유를 가능한 방법으로 알립니다. 다른 이용자를 보호하려고 급히 필요한 때에는 먼저 조치하고 나중에 알릴 수 있습니다.
3. 조치에 이의가 있으면 privacy@chojondocho.com으로 알려 주세요. 운영자는 검토한 뒤 답변합니다.

제9조 (유언과 이용자 콘텐츠)

1. 이용자가 마지막 목소리로 남으면 그 유언이 같은 세계의 이용자에게 재생됩니다. 영상은 YouTube에서 직접 재생되며 YouTube의 약관이 적용됩니다.
2. 이용자는 자신이 제출한 유언, 이름, 채팅에 책임을 집니다.
3. 운영자는 제7조에 어긋나는 유언, 이름, 채팅을 막거나 지우거나 바꿀 수 있습니다.

제10조 (권리의 귀속)

1. 서비스에 관한 저작권과 그 밖의 지식재산권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 여기에는 게임 프로그램과 코드, 그래픽, 3D 모델, 애니메이션, 음악, 효과음, 텍스트, 세계관, 캐릭터, 명칭, 로고, 그리고 게임의 규칙과 시스템을 구체적으로 구현한 표현이 포함됩니다.
2. 이용자는 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용할 권리만 가지며, 서비스나 게임 재화의 소유권 또는 지식재산권을 얻지 않습니다.
3. 이용자는 게임을 플레이하는 화면을 녹화하거나 방송하고, 그 영상을 공유해 수익을 얻을 수 있습니다. 운영자의 권리에 관해서는 따로 허락받지 않아도 됩니다.
4. 유언으로 재생되는 YouTube 영상의 권리는 그 영상의 권리자에게 있습니다.

제11조 (계약 해지와 레버넌트 삭제)

1. 이용자는 언제든지 게임 안 프로필 → 레버넌트 삭제로 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 레버넌트와 모든 게임 재화가 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
2. 로그인 세션이 모두 만료되어 다시 접속할 수 없게 된 게스트 레버넌트는 마지막 접속 후 30일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

제12조 (책임의 한계)

1. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스가 중단이나 오류 없이 제공된다고 보증하지 않습니다.
2. 운영자는 천재지변, 클라우드 업체 등 제3자의 장애, 이용자에게 책임이 있는 사유(쿠키·기기 관리 소홀 포함)로 생긴 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 제1항과 제2항에도 불구하고 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.

제13조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

제14조 (문의)

서비스에 관한 문의는 privacy@chojondocho.com으로 해 주세요. 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

부칙

이 약관은 2026년 10월 16일부터 시행합니다.

2026년 10월 16일 공고한 개정 사항(제7조 제8호·제9호, 제10조 신설과 그에 따른 조 번호 변경)은 2026년 10월 23일부터 시행합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms set the conditions for using UMBRAKA, the online game run by the UMBRAKA team (“we”), and its related services (the “Service”), and the rights and duties of you and us.

2. Definitions

1. A “player” is anyone who accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
2. A “Revenant” is your account in the Service. A guest Revenant is tied to your browser; a Revenant bound to Google is tied to your Google account.
3. “Game items” are all data you earn in the Service, such as shards, materials, relics and experience.
4. A “Testament” is the YouTube link you offer when you descend.

3. Publishing and changing these Terms

1. We publish these Terms in the game and at umbraka.chojondocho.com/terms.
2. We may change these Terms within the law. We announce changes on the game’s start screen and at the address above 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before changes against your interest.
3. If you do not accept a change, you may stop playing and delete your Revenant. For significant changes we ask you to accept again when you start the game.

4. Your agreement with us

1. The agreement begins when you accept these Terms on the game’s start screen.
2. The Service is only for people aged 14 or older.
3. A guest Revenant can be found only through your browser’s sign-in cookie. If you clear it or change devices, it cannot be recovered; bind it to Google to keep it.
4. You may not sell, lend or hand over your Revenant to anyone else.

5. Providing and changing the Service

1. The Service is free.
2. To keep the game fun and fair, we may change its rules, balance, content and the values of game items.
3. We may pause the Service for maintenance, server moves or outages, and tell you in advance where we can.
4. If we end the Service, we announce it 30 days in advance.

6. Game items

1. Game items are data we provide so you can use the Service. They have no cash value.
2. Game items cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, refunded, or traded with other players.
3. Game items gained through errors or abuse may be taken back.

7. What you must not do

1. Use cheats, modified clients, memory or packet tampering, or any other way around the game’s rules
2. Play or create Revenants in bulk with bots, macros or other automation
3. Gain rewards or rankings unfairly with several Revenants or by colluding with other players, including losing on purpose and passing what you see while spectating to allies
4. Knowingly exploit bugs (please report them to us instead)
5. Overload the servers, attack them to probe for weaknesses, or disrupt the Service
6. Pretend to be us or another player
7. Use chat, Revenant names or Testaments for abuse, hate, discrimination, sexual content, harassment, spam, advertising, other people’s personal information or illegal content
8. Copy the game’s software, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or extract or automatically collect its graphics, sounds, text or data, without our permission, except where the law expressly allows it
9. Copy, distribute or adapt the Service or any part of it, or use UMBRAKA’s name, logo or world, without our permission (play videos under section 10(3) are welcome)
10. Infringe copyright or anyone else’s rights
11. Break any other law

8. Restrictions

1. If you break section 7, we may, depending on how serious it is, warn you, take back game items gained unfairly, restrict chat, suspend you for a period or permanently, or delete your Revenant.
2. We tell you what we did and why in any way available to us. Where we must act quickly to protect other players, we may act first and tell you afterwards.
3. If you disagree, write to privacy@chojondocho.com. We will review it and reply.

9. Testaments and your content

1. If you become the Last Voice, your Testament plays for the players on that world. The video plays directly from YouTube, under YouTube’s terms.
2. You are responsible for the Testaments, names and chat you submit.
3. We may block, remove or change Testaments, names and chat that break section 7.

10. Rights in the Service

1. We own the copyright and all other intellectual property in the Service. This includes the game software and code, graphics, 3D models, animation, music, sound effects, text, world, characters, names, logos, and the concrete expression of the game’s rules and systems.
2. These Terms give you only the right to use the Service. You gain no ownership of, or intellectual property in, the Service or any game items.
3. You may record or stream yourself playing, share those videos and earn money from them. As far as our rights go, you need no further permission.
4. The rights in a YouTube video played as a Testament belong to that video’s owner.

11. Ending the agreement and deleting your Revenant

1. You may end the agreement at any time in the game with Profile → Delete this Revenant. Your Revenant and all game items are deleted at once and cannot be restored.
2. A guest Revenant no one can reach any more, because every sign-in session has expired, is deleted automatically 30 days after its last use.

12. Limits of liability

1. The Service is free. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors.
2. We are not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, failures of third parties such as cloud providers, or causes for which you are responsible, including losing your cookies or device.
3. Despite paragraphs 1 and 2, we are liable under the law for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.

13. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court with jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act.

Effective date

These Terms take effect on 16 October 2026.

The changes announced on 16 October 2026 (section 7, items 8 and 9; the new section 10 and the renumbering after it) take effect on 23 October 2026.

第1条(目的)

この規約は、UMBRAKA運営チーム(以下「運営者」)が提供するオンラインゲームUMBRAKAと関連サービス(以下「サービス」)の利用条件、ならびに運営者と利用者の権利と義務を定めます。

第2条(定義)

1. 「利用者」とは、この規約に同意してサービスを利用する人です。
2. 「レヴナント」とは、利用者がサービスで使うアカウントです。ゲストのレヴナントは利用者のブラウザに、Google連携したレヴナントはGoogleアカウントに結びつきます。
3. 「ゲーム内アイテム」とは、欠片、素材、遺物、経験値など、サービス内で得るすべてのデータです。
4. 「遺言」とは、利用者が降臨するときに差し出すYouTubeリンクです。

第3条(規約の掲示と変更)

1. 運営者はこの規約をゲーム内とumbraka.chojondocho.com/termsに掲示します。
2. 運営者は関連法令に反しない範囲で規約を変更でき、施行の7日前(利用者に不利な変更は30日前)からゲームの開始画面と上記アドレスでお知らせします。
3. 変更に同意しない利用者は、利用をやめてレヴナントを削除できます。重要な変更は、ゲーム開始時に改めて同意をいただきます。

第4条(利用契約)

1. 利用契約は、利用者がゲームの開始画面でこの規約に同意したときに成立します。
2. サービスは14歳以上の方のみ利用できます。
3. ゲストのレヴナントは、そのブラウザのログイン用Cookieでしか見つけられません。Cookieを消したり端末を変えたりすると取り戻せないため、長く残すにはGoogleと連携してください。
4. 利用者はレヴナントを他人に売ったり、貸したり、譲ったりできません。

第5条(サービスの提供と変更)

1. サービスは無料で提供します。
2. 運営者はゲームの面白さと公平さのため、ルール、バランス、コンテンツ、ゲーム内アイテムの数値を変更できます。
3. 運営者は点検、サーバー移転、障害などでサービスを一時停止することがあり、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。
4. 運営者がサービスを終了する場合は、30日前からお知らせします。

第6条(ゲーム内アイテム)

1. ゲーム内アイテムは、サービス利用のために運営者が提供するデータであり、金銭的価値はありません。
2. ゲーム内アイテムは、現金や他の財貨との交換、払い戻し、他の利用者との取引ができません。
3. 不具合や不正によって得たゲーム内アイテムは回収することがあります。

第7条(禁止行為)

1. チート、改造クライアント、メモリやパケットの改ざんなど、ゲームのルールを回避するプログラムや方法を使う行為
2. ボットやマクロなどの自動化された方法でプレイしたり、レヴナントを大量に作成したりする行為
3. 複数のレヴナントを使ったり、他の利用者と共謀したりして、報酬や順位を不正に得る行為(わざと負ける行為、観戦で得た情報を味方に伝える行為を含む)
4. バグや不具合を知りながら利用する行為(見つけたら運営者にお知らせください)
5. サーバーに過度な負荷をかけたり、脆弱性を探すために攻撃したり、運営を妨害したりする行為
6. 運営者や他の利用者になりすます行為
7. チャット、レヴナント名、遺言で、暴言・ヘイト・差別・性的な表現、嫌がらせ、連投、広告、他人の個人情報、違法な情報を使う行為
8. 運営者の許可なくゲームのプログラムを複製し、またはリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルする行為、グラフィック・サウンド・テキスト・データを抽出し、または自動で収集する行為(法令が明示的に認める場合を除く)
9. 運営者の許可なくサービスまたはその一部を複製、配布、改変する行為、UMBRAKAの名称・ロゴ・世界観を使う行為(第10条第3項のプレイ動画を除く)
10. 著作権など他人の権利を侵害する行為
11. その他、法令に違反する行為

第8条(利用制限)

1. 運営者は第7条に違反した利用者に対し、違反の程度に応じて、警告、不正に得たゲーム内アイテムの回収、チャットの制限、期間を定めた利用停止、永久利用停止、レヴナントの削除を行うことがあります。
2. 運営者は措置の内容と理由を、可能な方法でお知らせします。他の利用者を守るため緊急に必要な場合は、先に措置し、後からお知らせすることがあります。
3. 措置に異議がある場合はprivacy@chojondocho.comまでご連絡ください。運営者は確認のうえ回答します。

第9条(遺言と利用者のコンテンツ)

1. 利用者が最後の声になると、その遺言が同じ世界の利用者に再生されます。動画はYouTubeから直接再生され、YouTubeの規約が適用されます。
2. 利用者は、自分が差し出した遺言、名前、チャットに責任を負います。
3. 運営者は、第7条に反する遺言、名前、チャットを遮断、削除、変更することがあります。

第10条(権利の帰属)

1. サービスに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。これには、ゲームのプログラムとコード、グラフィック、3Dモデル、アニメーション、音楽、効果音、テキスト、世界観、キャラクター、名称、ロゴ、そしてゲームのルールとシステムを具体的に実装した表現が含まれます。
2. 利用者は、この規約に基づいてサービスを利用する権利のみを持ち、サービスやゲーム内アイテムの所有権または知的財産権を取得しません。
3. 利用者は、ゲームをプレイする画面を録画・配信し、その動画を共有して収益を得ることができます。運営者の権利については、別途の許可は必要ありません。
4. 遺言として再生されるYouTube動画の権利は、その動画の権利者に帰属します。

第11条(契約の解除とレヴナントの削除)

1. 利用者はいつでも、ゲーム内のプロフィール → レヴナントを削除で利用契約を解除できます。レヴナントとすべてのゲーム内アイテムはただちに削除され、元に戻せません。
2. ログインセッションがすべて期限切れになり二度と接続できなくなったゲストのレヴナントは、最終接続から30日後に自動で削除されます。

第12条(責任の制限)

1. サービスは無料で提供され、運営者は中断や不具合なく提供されることを保証しません。
2. 運営者は、天災、クラウド事業者など第三者の障害、利用者の責めに帰すべき事由(Cookieや端末の管理不足を含む)によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
3. 前2項にかかわらず、運営者の故意または重大な過失によって生じた損害については、関連法令に従って責任を負います。

第13条(準拠法と管轄)

この規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠し、サービスに関する紛争は大韓民国「民事訴訟法」に基づく管轄裁判所で解決します。

第14条(お問い合わせ)

サービスに関するお問い合わせはprivacy@chojondocho.comまでお願いします。個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

附則

この規約は2026年10月16日から施行します。

2026年10月16日に公告した改定事項(第7条第8号・第9号、第10条の新設とそれに伴う条番号の変更)は、2026年10月23日から施行します。
